As a Microsoft MVP, my mission is to help individuals achieve a shared understanding of requirements and to transform those into simple and productive solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
In my experience, having a shared understanding of requirements will have a significant cost and efficiency benefit and will help you avoid miscommunication, stress and rework down the track of your project.
I’ve spent the last 15 years of my career as a Functional Consultant and Solution Architect on Dynamics and Power Platform projects in many different industries and on 3 different continents. I’ve worked on tiny projects where I was the only consultant and projects where I was one of a team of 60. I have continuously tried to improve my processes and tools along the way. Let me share what I’ve learned with you here.
