The integration between Outlook and Power Apps or Dynamics 365 enables users to track (copy) Outlook items like emails, appointments, and contacts directly into Power Apps or Dynamics 365.
Users can then relate those emails or appointments to Power Apps or Dynamics 365 records. This integration enhances productivity by allowing users to track data in Dynamics 365 without leaving Outlook.
This native integration provides many benefits. Still, it can also be a little tricky to fully understand as there are many different configurations and rules to follow.
