About

My mission is to help individuals achieve a shared understanding of requirements and to transform those into simple and productive solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.

In my experience, having a shared understanding of requirements will have a significant cost and efficiency benefit and will help you avoid miscommunication, stress and rework down the track of your project.

Over the last 15 years, I have been implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM / 365 CE solutions in multiple countries.
I specialize in guiding companies to better articulate their needs and translate those into simple and clean solutions using the Microsoft Business Applications and Dynamics 365.

I have a special interest in Mastering Requirements and Solution Envisioning for Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.

A few years ago, I went through my first failed implementation on a Dynamics CRM project. This horrific experience led me to research why some projects fail and others not. There are many reasons for project failure, but through my research and experience I am convinced that having a shared understanding of requirements is key to deliver better projects by reducing miscommunication, stress and rework down the track.

I made it my goal to help individuals implementing Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform reduce misunderstanding and avoid burnout due to stress and rework.

Since October 2020, I am a Microsoft Most Valuable Professionals, (MVP), which resulted from my love to share my knowledge with the community.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my 2 daughters and wife.

We live on the Gold Coast in Australia which offers some amazing sceneries and natural wonders. Beyond the beach, including the world-renowned stretch of sand at Surfers Paradise, the subtropical hinterland offers amazing rainforest walks and waterfalls.

Being fit and healthy is incredibly important to me. I really enjoy my group fitness classes like BodyPump and BodyAttack that I attend 2 to 3 days a week.

On the mornings I don’t do a class I enjoy long walks with my Border Collie which is where most of my ideas crystallize.
